20 Years of SchlagerNackt-Party

A ‘baby is growing up or ‘kids how time flies’ 😉

When on August 16, 2003, when the then resident DJ Jupiter launched the hit-naked dance fun with ‘Jupiter’s Sternstunden Go Naked’ in the ‘Ackerkeller’ in Berlin-Mitte, he would never have dreamed of This would be the beginning of a continuous party line with an enthusiastic audience, which is no way too far in the world to travel. After a short time, this iconic insider tip was even recognized by the patent office as ‘nager slag – the Schlagernackt-Party’ ;-).

Then after intermediate stations in the ‘Kastanienkeller’, which has housed ‘Loreley’ and ‘Zur Möbelfabrik’ in the Schwuz for over 10 years. (Addendum 2026: This resulted in a total of 14 successful years of cooperation!)

And now this: With the 20th anniversary, we not only grew up, but all got older! But no less partying! On the contrary: Initially, 70 people have gradually become around 200 people over the years, then 10 years ago, 350 participants for the first time and now we are scratching close to the 700 mark when it comes to our number of guests. Not always, but regularly. Especially at the end of the year!

An enthusiastic, almost family fan base regularly travels from far away: cities like Munich, Zurich, Paris and Amsterdam are just a few of the places to arrive. Accordingly, it is planned well in advance in order to be able to keep as many of the normally six annual SNP annual dates as binding as possible. And they come extremely early by Berlin standards: at 7 p.m., queues form at the entrance and wardrobe and by 9 p.m. three quarters of the guests are right in the middle of the action.

So what is the recipe for success of an “such” event, which may seem obscure at first glance? to dance naked to hits? Piefke meets FKK? Erotic or embarrassing? questions over questions. but in turn.

In fact, three potentially very different “party types” meet here. On the one hand, those who like to dance to retro hits, NDW, German-pop and easy listening with a relaxed wink and a smile on their faces and love the weirdness of the most diverse German cover versions. Then those who appreciate sociable nudity on all the opportunities that arise, and finally the sex-positive ones, who are also welcome, although the party is not primarily designed as a sex event.

And yet the whole thing mixes excellently, even if not a few admit that it cost her ‘first time’ a lot of effort. Be it because of the music or the nudity or the fact that all genders, age groups and orientations come together naked and possibly also sexually. It’s obviously just this approach that gets involved with new things, to music, which is superficially considered ‘uncool’, but then really fun. Being naked without the perfect body, sexuality in a more relaxed, respectful setting. Love & Peace, the ‘Bed im Kornfeld’, fraternally-sisterly connecting across all borders? therapeutic benefit included?

So what do we wish for on the 20th hit naked birthday? Lots of curious people who learn about the SNP and get involved! As long as our audience carries us with as much enthusiasm as before, we know what we’re going to do for the party and let ourselves be infected by this power again and again. Even if we do it exclusively part-time, the whole ‘theater’, i.e.: ‘SNP – just for fun’, because: ‘A song can be a bridge’!
